COAST FASHION COLLABRATION
In August 2022, Alexandra Gallagher collaborated with fashion retailer Coast to launch a limited-edition collection titled "Botanical Fantasy." This partnership showcased Gallagher's signature imaginative and nature-inspired artwork, seamlessly translated into fashion pieces that celebrate the beauty of the natural world.
The "Botanical Fantasy" collection featured a range of garments adorned with intricate floral prints and vivid color palettes, reflecting Gallagher's artistic style. Notable pieces from the collection included the Lace-Trim Blouson-Sleeve Mini Dress, the Mega-Ruffle Placement Print Full Skirt Dress, and the Lace-Trim Split-Front Slip Maxi Dress. These designs combined detailed artistry with exquisite tailoring, offering wearers a unique blend of contemporary fashion and artistic expression.

MANCHESTER CORN EXCHANGE
In August 2020, Alexandra Gallagher unveiled a captivating mural at Manchester's Corn Exchange to commemorate the venue's fifth anniversary as a dining destination. This artwork adorns the walkways connecting the Corn Exchange's grand atrium to Cathedral Gardens, featuring an array of flora and fauna that celebrate the global culinary diversity offered by the onsite bars, cafes, and restaurants. Elements such as banana leaves, monkeys, parrots, poppies, and swans intertwine to reflect both the spirit of the building and the multicultural essence of Manchester itself.
In 2021, Alexandra collaborated with the charity Forever Manchester to release limited-edition prints of the mural, with proceeds supporting community initiatives across Greater Manchester.
Through this mural, Alexandra Gallagher has enriched Manchester's cultural landscape, offering visitors a visual journey that mirrors the city's rich diversity and the Corn Exchange's role as a hub of international cuisine
WELCOME COLLECTION
Finding the clitoris among the flowers
In 2025 Gallagher as commission to create four piece for the Welcome Collection London for ‘Immaculate Forms’, book written by historian Helen King. King examines how medicine and religion have been used to gatekeep women’s body parts and pleasure for centuries. In this abridged extract from the book, she explores the euphemistic, floral language used to describe and disguise the clitoris, by men and women alike.


150th Year of Blackburn Museum & Art Gallery
Alexandra Gallagher has collaborated with Blackburn with Darwen Council on several projects celebrating the town's heritage over the years.
Notably in 2024/25, creating a series of artworks depicting iconic Blackburn landmarks, blending old postcards from the Blackburn Library archives with her distinctive surreal style. These artworks in collaboration with Source Creative have been displayed on hoardings outside Blackburn Museum & Art Gallery, Blakey Moor Terrace and the Victoria Building, enhancing the town's visual landscape during regeneration efforts.
In celebration of Blackburn Museum and Art Gallery's 150th anniversary in June 2024, Alexandra collaborated with the museum to produce limited edition posters and postcards featuring prints of these landmarks which are now part of their collection .
CROWN PAINTS COLLABORATION
In March 2022, Crown Paints collaborated with Lancashire-based artist Alexandra Gallagher to create a distinctive mural for their exhibit at Manchester's Material Source Studio (MSS). This partnership aimed to inspire architects and designers by showcasing the transformative power of colour in interior spaces.
Gallagher, drew inspiration from Crown's Spring/Summer 2022 trend, "Illusory," to design the mural. The artwork features a harmonious blend of pinks and chartreuse, incorporating elements of Japanese influence and surrealism, all highlighted with gold leaf accents. The mural was meticulously crafted using Crown's Clean Extreme Scrubbable Matt paint, ensuring both visual appeal and durability.
Material Source Studio, located in Manchester's Grade II listed Hanover Building, serves as an innovative hub for the architecture and design community. The 15,000-square-foot space offers interactive exhibits, workshops, and a comprehensive materials library, providing a dynamic environment for professionals to explore and collaborate.
This collaboration between Crown Paints and Alexandra Gallagher exemplifies the synergy between art and interior design, offering visitors a unique source of inspiration within the Material Source Studio


Graham & Brown COLLABORATION
In collaboration with Graham & Brown Wallpaper and the Blackburn Open Walls street art festival in 2017. Alexandra Gallagher brought her distinctive visual language to the streets of Blackburn with a series of large-scale paste-up works and limited edition prints. As part of the annual Open Walls event — a community-focused initiative that transforms public spaces through mural art — Gallagher’s surreal, collage-inspired pieces were installed on the Graham & Brown building, adding to the vibrant tapestry of urban art across the town. Her contribution highlights her evolution from studio-based collage and printmaking into public art, engaging local audiences and celebrating Blackburn’s cultural landscape through accessible, visually rich imagery

Sacred Alchemy is a heartfelt tribute to motherhood and its strength, tenderness, and the incredible transformation it brings. Every detail in this project is rich with meaning, coming together to tell a story of love, protection, and devotion.

ASK ITALIAN
Alexandra Gallagher created commissioned murals for ASK Italian restaurants in Leeds and Sheffield, bringing her distinctive visual language into contemporary dining spaces.
The works combine bold graphic forms with organic and surreal elements, enhancing the interiors while reflecting her ability to adapt her practice to large-scale, public and commercial settings


ECHO 100 X Alexandra Gallagher
The Echo Story
When Edgar and Theresa Hyman founded Echo Scarfs in 1923, they set up shop in the heart of New York City, capturing its vibrancy in gorgeous colors, patterns, and textures.
Today, that rich heritage of quality, craftsmanship and integrity lives on in every new piece. Still located within a block of the original showroom, Echo continues to draw inspiration from the vitality and diversity of the city. All the while, holding to the idea that a single accessory can possess the power to transform a look or a room, a mood or a perspective.
Alexandra's collaboration with Echo is to raise money for the charity Choose Love. $100 of every scarf purchase is donated to a nonprofit organisation of its creator’s choice, for a potential $1,000,000 in charitable giving.
PEPITA COFFEE COLLABoraTION
In 2021, artist Alexandra Gallagher partnered with Pepita Coffee, a UK-based company renowned for merging art and luxury coffee. This collaboration resulted in a limited-edition, collectible coffee tin featuring Gallagher's exclusive artwork titled "Bird Song." Each tin was pre-packed with 250g of Pepita Coffee's signature blend, offering both a visual and sensory experience for collectors and coffee enthusiasts alike.
Pepita Coffee is known for its visionary collaborations with various artists, including Magnus Gjoen and Jayson Lilley, as well as street artists like Dan Kitchener (DANK), Tom Blackford, WRDSMTH, and The Postman. These partnerships aim to combine the alluring worlds of coffee and art, creating unique, reusable packaging that showcases timeless masterpieces. Pepita Coffee
The "Bird Song" coffee tin became a sought-after item among collectors, with the last few signed tins made available online, boxed and hand-signed by Alexandra Gallagher herself.
Through this collaboration, Alexandra Gallagher and Pepita Coffee successfully blended the realms of art and coffee culture, offering consumers a distinctive product that appeals to both art aficionados and coffee lovers


George Clarke • OLD HOUSE NEW HOME
Alexandra Gallagher created a bespoke wall mural for a home featured on Channel 4’s George Clarke’s Old House New Home, the popular television series presented by architect George Clarke that showcases renovation and design transformations. Her artwork appears as a striking feature within the redesigned interior, bringing her distinctive visual language into the context of contemporary architectural storytelling and design on national television
GRAND DESIGNS
Alexandra Gallagher’s murals and artwork were featured in the Channel 4 series Grand Designs as part of DegreeArt's Director Elinor and her husband Born “Healthy House” project, where her visually striking work was selected to enhance the interior of the couple’s uniquely designed home. Her large‑format mural and art pieces helped integrate art into the built environment of the house, demonstrating how original artwork can contribute meaningfully to residential design and architectural storytelling.


NETFLIX • YOU
Alexandra Gallagher’s work was featured in Netflix’s You Season 4 (released in early 2023), where her art appeared as part of the backdrop of an exhibition within a private club scene. This placement introduced her distinctive visual language rooted in surreal imagery and layered symbolism to a global audience, aligning her practice with contemporary storytelling and cultural context beyond traditional gallery spaces


Erin Kelly
Alexandra Gallagher’s artwork has been featured on the covers of two novels by bestselling British author Erin Kelly, bringing her distinctive visual language to a wider literary audience. For the 2025 thriller The House of Mirrors, and The Poison Tree Gallagher’s imagery was used as part of the cover art, blending her surreal, symbolic style with the book’s atmospheric narrative. CRUise Ships
In late 2017, Alexandra Gallagher was commissioned to create four large murals for Royal Caribbean’s Symphony of the Seas, one of the world’s largest cruise ships. For this ambitious project, she painted the works on large canvas panels in a studio before they were installed aboard the vessel, delivering bold, immersive visuals that contribute to the ship’s unique onboard art collection.
Alexandra has since completed a number of commissions for a few cruise ships around the world including the murals and sculptures for Celebrity Apex 2020,


BLACBURN MURALS • COVID
Alexandra Gallagher was commissioned by Blackburn with Darwen Council to create a series of murals as part of the borough’s Covid connection and recovery initiative. Her artwork appeared on hoardings and public displays around town, using imagery drawn from local history and archives to celebrate community landmarks while reflecting the collective experience of the pandemic. These pieces formed part of wider council efforts to honour resilience and connection during Covid‑19, complementing public works such as the pandemic memorial benches installed in October 2022. Gallagher’s contributions not only brought vibrant, locally grounded art to public space but also helped support place‑making and wellbeing in Blackburn’s town centre as part of its cultural recovery.
Charity Organisation
Rooms of our own
Alexandra Gallagher created a special artwork titled Many Hands in support of the charity Rooms of Our Own, a community initiative aimed at establishing a safe, accessible women’s centre in London. Her piece was featured as part of the charity’s fundraising campaign, where it was shown in a grid of 1,000 squares on the organisation’s site, each square linked to early contributors — and will ultimately be displayed in the centre’s reception once the space is built. Gallagher’s contribution helped bring artistic visibility to the project’s mission, celebrating collective support and connection at a pivotal moment for the community

Alexandra Gallagher’s artwork was used for the cover of a special publication from Rabbithole Publishers featuring six science‑fiction stories by Korean and Chinese female writers. The book was published in 2025
Counseling today
Alexandra Gallagher was commissioned to design the front cover of Counselling Today magazine (March 2025), creating an original artwork to accompany the issue’s focus on emotional experience and expression. Her cover image uses symbolic forms and colour, including tones of red and orange to visually represent the nuances of women’s anger, complementing the magazine’s exploration of psychological themes and lived experience.


LOOK UP PORTSMOUTH
In September 2024, Alexandra Gallagher created a mural for the LOOK UP Portsmouth street art festival, commissioned for the Theatre Royal building and sponsored by Pepita Coffee. This project marked her first augmented reality (AR) mural, bringing the artwork to life through digital interaction and allowing viewers to experience her imagery in a new, immersive way. During the festival, she also joined Fatboy Slim in signing Pepita Coffee tins, celebrating the intersection of art, music, and community engagement. CREATIVE SPACES BURNLEY
Creative Spaces Burnley was a key contributor to the Historic England-funded Culture Programme on St James's Street, spanning over four years. In collaboration with the specially established Cultural Consortium, the project led a range of community-driven initiatives, including a pop-up gallery, large-scale street murals by Alexandra Gallagher, and a student research project with UCLan. This research explored Burnley’s rich history, from local pub culture and tea shops to cottage industries and Victorian medicine, bringing the town’s heritage to life through art and engagement.

Scotts
Alexandra Gallagher collaborated with Paul David Design to create bespoke packaging artwork for the Scotts Kale and Scotts Popcorn snack range, bringing her imaginative visual language into the world of product design. Scotts Kale and Scotts Popcorn are artisan snack products offered under the Handmade Scott’s brand, featuring hand‑crafted kale chips and gourmet popcorn made with high‑quality ingredients and a focus on flavour and craftsmanship
The George Hotel
Alexandra Gallagher’s artwork and custom wallpapers were incorporated into the interior of The George Hotel in Colchester as part of its major refurbishment, where licensed prints of her work are displayed throughout the public spaces and guest areas. The hotel’s £10 million renovation blends historic charm with contemporary design

Commissioned as part of the Blackburn in Bloom festival, Alexandra created a huge mural that wrapped around the old St Johns Chapel

'Night Side of Eden' is a collaboration between artists Alexandra Gallagher and photographer Justyna Neryng, . Night Side of Eden tells the narrative of a women's many roles and the roles she is expected to fulfil, even when those roles do not feel natural or part of who we are individually. Like the mockingbird, the feeling of mimicking those around us and singing an other birds song.
